Position opened: Data Scientist.

The Design Buro is looking for a Data Scientist (Building Physics) to work within a consortium of academic and commercial partners. The role supports an Innovate UK funded project which requires identification and analysis of building physics data to quantify the energy performance gap in new build housing. The I-Life project had  a successful seminar at Ecobuild. The 3-day exhibition for sustainable design construction energy and the built environment was held on 7-9 March at ExCel London. Our speakers, Peter Mayer, Rajat Gupta, Alasdair Donn and Andy Carter addressed key themes including what is the building performance gap and how energy performance can be delivered in practice, how the I-Life guarantee will work and what the risks are, as well as testing the concept in the I-Life pilot study.
